Recently ACI’s Parachute Navigation Sytems Inspection Team had the opportunity to travel to Airborne Systems in Santa Ana, California to perform inspections on MC-6/T-11 and T11 reserve parachutes.
Our Parachute Logistics Fielding Specialist spent their visit visually inspecting each and every component of these systems. Our inspectors work hard to ensure that each and every system is in compliance with the Technical Data Package (TDP) which is provided by the government.
ACI inspectors meticulously measure pre-determined features on each component, ensure suspension line continuity, and inspect harnesses to ensure proper routing. After completing very thorough inspections, inspectors document and present their findings to the Government representative leading the inspection.
