At ACI, our most valuable resource is our people, and recognizing team members for their hard work and dedication is an important part of our culture.
This month we recognize Christine Hicks. From the moment Christine started with ACI, she has made a significant and positive impact on the entire company. Hired as the Office Manager to manage the daily operations of the Systems Integration Laboratory, Christine quickly grasped and improved upon the systems and processes, before taking on a multitude of tasks outside her specified work scope.
She is the face of ACI to new and old employees alike, customers, and all who visit the SIL. She continuously looks for ways to improve upon ACI’s current systems and our external brand. Her genuine care and concern for all ACI employees and activities resonates in her daily performance. Her effervescent personality is infectious and brings a welcoming demeanor to the corporate headquarters. We are truly appreciative of her performance and are honored to recognize her as January 2023 Employee of the Month.
