ACI recognizes Aaron Machado as our May 2023 Employee of the Month.
Nick’s service to ACI started nearly 10 years ago. Then, just as now, his performance has been nothing short of superb. Over the past month, Nick’s knowledge, execution, and time spent leading the entire software development team through the agile processes was nothing short of extraordinary and has resulted in completion of 100% more tasks than scheduled. Nick helped inform the new design of the Feature Freeze Working Group. The design change included a unique process where the entire team plays a role in the troops to task allocation and storyboard development for future builds. His system of systems knowledge continues to play an integral part in every technical conversation, whether it is internal or in support of the program’s 3rd party work. The PEO Soldier leadership witnessed and acknowledged this process and has asked Nick to help inform an agile process across the entire PEO. Nick’s leadership and continuous efforts inspire younger team members to become ACI’s future leaders.
