ACI recognizes Matt Knapp as our March 2023 Employee of the Month.
Matt serves as the Senior Systems Engineer for the interoperable Medical Command and Control System – Joint (iMCCS-J) project. His performance played an integral role in the Team’s recent success supporting the 82nd ABN’s Culminating Training Event (CTE). Prior to the CTE, Matt led a team of engineers from four separate commercial and government organizations to overcome multiple integration roadblocks during the interoperable Medical Automated System (iMAS) Technology Readiness Review. Matt’s experience and technical expertise were highlighted as he conducted troubleshooting measures beyond iMCCS-J and solved problems across the entire iMAS environment. His efforts led the iMAS Research Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) team through its first successful, fully integrated demonstration.
Matt’s knowledge and drive is integral to the iMCCS-J program being rated as a TRL6 within 17 months from the start of contract. His exceptional performance is indicative of his work ethic and reflects the collaborative principles and solution-finding culture of the iMCCS-J Team. We are truly appreciative of his performance and are honored to recognize him as March 2023 Employee of the Month.
